Welcome to Highpoint of Culpeper!
Our neighborhood should be a refuge, a place where we feel comfortable and safe at all hours. Whether homeowners or renters, we are neighbors living in close proximity and we share certain rights and responsibilities with respect to one another. The way we live together in our neighborhood is dictated in small part by our HOA rules and guidelines, city, and county ordinances and in large part by common sense and courtesy. Families with children, senior citizens, and college students may seem to have different expectations and standards for behavior, but they need not be in conflict. Agreeing on a basic set of guidelines can be a good start toward creating and preserving harmony in our diverse neighborhood.
It is important to know what is expected in our neighborhood. Recognizing that many of our neighbors rent their homes, the Neighborhood Covenants and Newsletter Committees are dedicated to giving all of our residents the knowledge needed to live comfortably in our community. Over the next several months these committees will work to inform you through The Highpoint View Newsletter about what our HOA is and means to us as residents. Highpoint View website is still in it's starting point and it's a work in progress. With the Website we'll be able to save on cost, with moving over to the site from the Newsletter.
We hope you enjoy the Newsletter and invite you to participate in its development. Please let us know how we can better serve you. You can join the committee or simply submit ideas for the newsletter by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to hearing from you!
